How much time a post takes to get indexed in Google?

    I have written few posts on my new blog.The post i wrote yesterday is not indexed yet.Does it take more than 1 day for a new blog?

    If its a new blog it may take a little longer than usual, once google knows of your blog properly then often just a matter of minutes for posts to be picked up.

    From couple of minutes to several days. Placing link in your signature should help a lot.

    There is no fix time for that as sometimes post taken less then hour to get indexed and sometimes after several days.

    Try making some links to your posts. Sumbit some of them to social bookmarking sites and they will be picked up really fast

    For a brand new blog, it could take a day or two.

    For established ones, it could take as little as an hour.
