How much take google chrome to review your website ?

Hi, Last saturday (11/04/2020) i notice google chrome block Ads and open tab in my website. and i request for the first time a review, after request looks like Ads/Tab Block is removed but still not received any confirmation email regarding request, i still waiting, i removed the Ads code btw.

1- do i need to add the Ads Networks Ads/tags Code again to the website or wait until review by google chrome is finished ?
2- how much take (days) for them to answer/confirme to me if review is success. if this is the first time this happen to me and the first time i request a review
3- why ads network confirme that they are "Our ads did approved by google" so now i got ads block because of them
4- do you advise me to stop using this ads network or what ?
