How much submissions does a general PR5 or PR6 directory get

I wonder how much submission a strong PR5/PR6 general directory get weekly/monthly.

I know this can change from directory to directory because of some factors but i would like to know some general approximation or range for this question.

I hope some PR5 or PR6 owners will answer to this question

 

Minimum we get is 100 new submissions in a day, that's for a PR5 general directory.

It would be a lot more if we disabled the filter we use to weed out the worst submissions.

 

Wow is this for a paid directory or a free one ?

I get between 30-50 submissions a day for http://www.smashingdir.com - which is PR3 - so I'm sure PR5+ gets at least double that!

 

It's both, we offer free submission between start of work hours Tuesday and end of work hours Friday, UK Time. Sometimes we maintain free for 7 days a week. Paid are offered all the time.

The weekend and Monday are for a sanity break and to clear the category suggestions that weren't cleared during the week.

 

My daily norm on submissions is 130 +.

 

I forgot to mention that: I am only interested with paid directories!! I guess the ones you said are only valid for free directories.

for paid directory, it still depends how you market.

At a guess paid must be less than 10% of the total submissions and fewer than that are kept.

 

Hmm, 5-10 per day looks like a good number Can you also tell the price of the links? (10-15$?) (or may be monthly income of your directory )

Depends on the week as ive noticed i get more towards the end of the month.
On average between All SLEEK - BIZ-KING - ADULT URL

Average week 10-20
Good week 30-40

Thats in all 3 combined...

My directory get's about 5-15 submissions a day, good days would be upto 20+.
It's so new, so still lots of time for improvement!

 

PR doesn't mean traffic

at my PR4 i get 100-140 submissions/daily and around 500 visitators

Yup Terry because most of them are included in the list of submission service. I have one from mmariusel and it has quite a good number of list from PR0 and above.

No.

Because they are in the list and many use softwares for submition they get a lot of hits.

I had one of my website submitted to 1000 directories and 85% got approved.
