im thinking of making a video site but the trouble is i dont no what specs ill need, i mean im looking to add quite a few videos but i wouldnt no what specs ill need someone give me some advice please, thanx
Would depend entirely on the length and quality of the videos and of course how many, you've said "quite a few" so take the average size and multiply by 10 or 20 or 50 or whatever your estimation is. Then you would need to find a host which allows this type of content who also has a decent speed server and internet connection in order to handle the load. As for bandwidth, again is estimation, you would need the flexibility for more bandwidth at a reasonable price should you require it. Hope this helps. Tempera
Are you hosting the videos? If not, then you could get away with minimal specs as the videos wouldn't actually be on your site...you'd just be providing the links to them... BH
always avaible space is linking with traffic in shared hosting.Even if you dont need a lot of space for hosting video definitely will need a lot of traffic amount.of course,traffic depends of visitors
