so it depends on what i have to do the next morning but i always try to sleep at least 8 hours but sometimes i sleep only 6 but i need 10 hours to feel well.
Well it depends sometimes I get 8 hours of sleep and sometimes I barely get 4 hours. I don't know if I have insomnia but I just can't get to bed on time... too many things going through my mind. When I absolutely need to get some sleep I take 10mg of Melatonin and it usually does the trick Anyone else take Melatonin or other alternatives to get a restful sleep?
I used to sleep for 5-6 hours a night. But recently I have no control, I just sleep for 10-12 hours without even realizing, it's so frustrating. I feel like I'm wasting so much time.
i sleep little at night. i work more at night and sleep in the morning. sometimes i feel tired. i know it is not good for my health and my wife think so. but that's my habbit to work effectively
