How much should I sell this for?

    I am owner of www.grinhost.com. Now I donot plan to sell this but I was just wondering, how much would I get If I sold this site?
    About the site:
    Basically a forum, with arround 1000 members, 250 of them active. We provide free webhosting in liew of activity on our forums. It has lots and lots of good quality posts with many unique user contributed tuts etc. On the flip side, I rarely make mone7y out of this. We have lots of traffic buit I am bad at moneytising this.

    Erm isnot that just for appraisals of domains and not developed sites?
