How much should I raise my price for you to promote it? Now it's $24

So the special "holiday" price of $24 is about to get taken down.

This means that affiliates get about $18 per sale, and I get $5-ish.

How much do you think I should raise the price? Would it make you promote the product?

I know a lot of PPC affiliates like to have at least $25 per sale to have a nice ROI.

    So, how much?

    Commission - 75%
    Current price - $23.99

Post some more in your aff section for start. Make some banners, videos, even help the affiliates with the keywords research, maybe post some e-mail promoting template, article etc. etc.

studies show people have a higher tendancy to purchase items ending with a 7. so maybe you'd want to raise your price to 27 or 37?

That's an interesting theory. 37 sounds about right.

I've set it to $27 for the time being.

I'd also go with $37 but see how $27 goes in the next few week's. Also you need more stuff in your affiliates section. I know it states in there to contact you...etc but how bout at least put up some banners for us to put on our websites or to even use with PPC?

    This just my opinion.

    I like your sales page.

I have seen significant increase to sales after raising to $27.

Raised to $37 today, let's see how it goes.

You really should split test your price point rather than asking affiliates what they want it to be. Put it at $27, send a few hundred hops, then put it at $37 and send a few hundred more. Then compare your conversion rates/total income.

This is exactly what I've been doing the past few days.

And both affiliate and my own conversions are up the most right now at $37.

You need at least 50 sales for each variation to really test which one works best. I'd recommend 150 sales each.

If you're split testing with 5-10 sales for each variation it is way too little

For wide-niche markets, I would have to agree.

But for a smallish niche such as the product, the results are visible almost instantly.

For example, after raising the price to $37, I got 5 times more sales from my own efforts for some reason. And a little bit more from affiliates than usual.

    Currently updating the affiliates area.
