How Much Should I Pay??

    I have a designer from the Philippines and do not know what I should pay per template, logo, etc. I tried to do some conversions but am uncertain. Could anyone please help give me a ballpark figure?

    u can pay per project... or u can hire him for whole week/month if u have lot of work to give him..

    In my experience it's best to work out a price for various different situations like:

    hourly
    weekly
    monthly
    per project

    I usually pay about 75-100$ for a unique template and up to 30$ for a logo depending on the quality...
