How much should I pay programmer / web designer a week For ....

    I want to hire someone for longer term I want to know how much I should pay them

    What I want them to know how to do

    Website design
    PhP
    Can made logos
    Can Make CMS like Drupal
    Config server
    And few other thing nothing too crazy
    Can do alittle flash and make videos

    If programmer can write invoices, then you should pay no less than 1200€~1600$ (if full time work = 40 hours per week).
    But that is only, if the programmer is experienced and can really do secure architectural code and knows a thing or two about servers.

    Most of the people, who call themselves as programmers do not comply with this requirement and thus settle with lower prices.
    In New York this price may be higher.
