Well, many hosting companies would do it for you - as long as you're a new customer, I think it's fine.

i've done this already. i've even setup a cron for something like an auto transfer of files using rsync and scp

 

use platinumservermanagement company (just search google), contact them first if they can do it for you. I used them before but I do have ROOT access to both sites so migration is not a problem.

it's just 29$ for month regardless of how many tickets u put up.
