I am considering purchasing a PR5 domain in my niche, that has some good links to it including one link from the authoritative site in the niche. The link from the authoritative site is on a PR4 page, although that site's homepage is PR6. Altogether, it has about 20 links in from sites within my niche. The inbound links range from PR4 down to PR0. This is a domain that must have dropped and been picked up by a domain seller. It has no content on it now. I would be using the site for seo purposes, by using a 301 direct to my domain. How much do you think this is worth. I cannot disclose the actual domain name. Any advice is much appreciated.
