I need to hire someone to build some links for me by posting in forums. I'm not expecting big posts but they will obviously have to have some value or the forums may ban them and/or my site. How much should I expect to pay for this? And in contrast, what about 1000 links via blog comments?
I would not recommend that. It's much better to build online presence on forums than randomly posting. Moreover, blog comments are nofollow 99% of times and will therefore do little good for your website's growth.
^ I have the same sentiment. You need to build a VARIETY of links. Getting BLs from blog comments alone won't improve your traffic and ranking. Hire someone who can do other linkbuilding methods like article submission, link exchange, etc. You should do that as well.
Ok...thanks for the tips... So what would be a ballpark figure for 1000 "diverse and consistent" links?
Don't pay cash for links. You really don't need to, as a link exchange site can get you loads of links for virtually nothing.
Blog comments are normaly nofollow and usually admin of that blog remove it if they are inconsistent. It is better to have link from good website and blogs which are relative to your website theme and content but they can be achieved by mainly link exchange or link sell. Now google giving no more importance to 2 way link exchange so one way link exchange is the best method to get Good PR and Ranking.
No pain, no gain. Build links organically at steady pace with versatile posts on blogs, forums, directories, articles, etc.
I would recommend checking out a couple of consultancies or internet marketing companies if you don't have the time to put in. It's a time AND energy consuming project! Different companies and different consultants will give you different prices. That's the best way to get a ballpark figure if you ask me- maybe a little difficult, but there are so many professionals out there. If you want to build 1,000 links, like others have said, you don't want to do it just 1 way. There are a number of methods, and there are some links you actually don't want, so running amok linking to just anything and everyone is not one of those methods. Anyway, I wish you luck, and I invite you to check out the company I work for as a possibility: USONetworks.com. i know a company which builds links from blog commenting and their most websites are in top ranking..you can find dofollow blogs but need alot of efforts to find n clean blogs.
Never buy links based on quantity. I can get 1000 links in 10 minutes but they will be absolutely worthless in terms of traffic and search engines. Try finding related sites to your own and ask how much it would cost to get a link to yoursite.
it's depand that what should you looking for, which kind of quality with links you accpet. so that's not we can fix that how much you can pay .
You should build links naturally.Like 30-40 high PR links everyday will do enough to get you quality traffic as well as boost your rankins in SE.
Building links only from blog comments will raise a red flag on google and other search engines, just try to devide your link building campaign into article submissions, social bookmarking, Link exchanges, Squidoo, Hub pages, link wheels etc. to make it look natural in search engine's eyes. So my suggestion would be to spend your money wisely on different link building services, not only just blog commenting
Well As far as paying a company for links i like many other professionals above would not recommend this as you really won't get the relevence and too you'd get the links to fast. I'd suggest that you hire an Search Marketing special, get them to understand you business and then pay them to research you market. They will then find the right directories, the best sites to link exchange and the best forums-blogs to post on. These will get you your links, as regards to how much this will cost? We offer this service, you are more than welcome to approach us if you are still interested in this service.
Don't be silly. There are millions of blogs out there, all you have to do is use the Firefox NoDoFollow and test the field yourself. You can find plenty of relevant dofollow blogs and these backlinks will help a great deal.
Yes, i am also agree forums posting some how helps in back links but blog comments is valuable then forums posting i think. But you have to choose do follow blogs if you want to get good back links other wise it has no used
you may take a look at some traffic exchange websites, they are great for increasing traffic, see at my signature for example,
