How much should I expect to pay for...

    I'm way too new to making offers and so on. (I mean I never had to)

    Heres the domain I want:
    spiritualblessing [dot] com (edited per suggestion)

    How much do you think I should expect to pay for it?

    Creation Date: 14-Feb-2001
    Expiration Date: 14-Feb-2007

    PR is 0, there is nothing in the website right now.

    With a low PR like that and no content (thus no traffic) I wouldn't be paying too much for it. Medium to high $xx maybe?

    AnaB - you've already made one common mistake :( . If the seller is clever enough, he/she will do the search for the domain and find out that you "really want it". Try using the following format instead: mydomain[dot]com

    For this particular domain, .com is actually less appropriate than .org, and therefore brings the value down, not up. Furthermore, there is no such thing as universally right price. You already have an idea for using the domain. How much do you want (or can afford) to pay? That's going to be the price. My opinion - low-XXX. Best of luck.

    True. (and edited it) And I think I also made a mistake sending an offer from my website email. I still have no problem till the site stays as is (i.e. no content) I mean it's stayed like that for 5 years now. Thanks for your suggestions :)
