How much should I expect to get for this site?

Not sure if I should sell yet, just putting out some feelers:

Celebrity Gossip/Blog established July 2005
PR5, predicted PR6
~6k uniques/day
~10k pageviews/day

Income is around $1200/mo through a mix of Adsense, CPM, Blogads, various others.

Would 12 month's revenue be out of line? I'm getting a little bored of it but was going to wait until the next PR update, do you think it's worth waiting before I list and sell?

 

How steady is the revenue/traffic? How much updating does it require? Are many of them returning visitors? Where does the traffic come from? The answer to these questions could make a difference between being worth 12 months and 6 months.

 

Unless it requires a lot of maintenance , it's worth at least 9000$ .
If operating it takes more than two hours a day , 60 hours = 1200$ is not that good a deal .
If you are paying someone to keep the site updated for let's say 300$ a month, then an automatic 900$ a month site is worth 10k$+ easily .

Honestly, just search for some eager 14 yearold girl for 300$ a month(OMG I have a celebrity gossip Column !) , and keep the site .

Updating it takes about 30mins to an hour a day I guess, just looking for pics and news then coming up with posts.

The revenue has been consistently growing and I would expect it to stay the same if traffic levels stayed consistent and if you just kept posting and didn't sign on any new advertisers.

About 55% of the traffic is return visitors, the rest come from other sites, links, organic, no paid traffic.

 

I agree, from what I can see it's easily worth 10k+
