    Well in India, an average SEO gets 10,000 to 20,000 Rs PM (2 to 3 years Exp) in all Lala Types Companies (Lala: Indian Small Companies :p)

    Uh huh.... in 3 - 6 months... that's quite hardcore....

    I rather paid monthly to keep building rather than given a time frame to accomplish the goal. The problem with this is you don't have any control over PR. It's google logic and Sergei wouldn't want to spill the bean just for your. IMHO.... change your work term. Changing something out of your control is hard even you can nudge some of it. CMIIW
