yea, you must charge around $25-$50

    9000-20000 uniques/month? Go for $75 a month. $125 for top banner.

I don't think people will show interest on such cost.

Alot of factors go in to determining how much one would charge for advertising on the site, but it comes down to traffic.

How much traffic you get and where it comes from..

Yeah, no shite!... Thanks for clarifying that....LMAO!

That doesn't tell me crap... I can put my site in a stupid traffic rotator, (or buy said traffic with a package of 1,000,000,000,000 to be delivered in 30 days) get 50,000 uniques a day, and then ask how much should I charge for advertising.

More so, where the heck the traffic is coming from..

Ditto. $25-$50 range is acceptable. You can also install an ad management script and charge per impression or per click.

From experience and having looked at your site and the traffic data, I would say that most of the advice for between $25-50 per month is a great place to start since you could only probably achieve that if you were to use a ppi network on your current traffic levels. But I would not let anyone tie you into a long term deal there are some very smart advertisers out there who will do this so just set them up on a rolling month by month contract this way you can increase your rates with a months notice to your advertisers if you feel it is justified.

    Good luck

    Regards Ron

From the traffic you are generating I would also agree that $25-$50 or somewhere in this range is great place to start. If you want to increase it later you always can.

I would go for $30 for 30 days.

If you want help selling them then I might be able to help if you sell them through Puxee.

Charge people based on what they expect to make from your traffic. You're undercharging if they only pay 30 bucks but make 3000, for example. Ask them what they're promoting with the links and what they're expecting to do, then talk prices.

Always begin with an easily affordable advertising rate. Your advertisers will let you know if they are benefiting from your website traffic.

Once you have produced profitable traffic for your advertisers, you can then raise your rates accordingly.

A product is worth only the amount someone is willing to pay for it. Take the guesswork out of it for your advertisers; start cheap - prove your traffic value to your advertiser - then ramp up the price. If you price your ad insertion too high, your advertisers will certainly let you know - they'll stop advertising.

Just listen to your customers; they'll always tell you what they want and what they expect.

    Best of luck to you

9000~12000 per month mean 300~400 per day. $30 per month is reasonable price for the banner
