I'm new to marketing, but have a website already running, and I'm curious how much I should be making from said website. I'm receiving about 10,000 uniques a month with just short of 500,000 page views a month. How much would experienced marketers on here hope to be making with 500,000 page views a month? I'm interested in using some CPM campaigns to make money, but not sure which companies to use, which pay well etc. Thanks for any responses.
Hi, 500,000 impressions per month should return a nice earner for you but the thing that determines that would be your niche. Depending on how well paid your niche is you could make quiet abit.
Sorry, my website is www.DocumentariesOnline.net At the moment I'm using clicksor. I have a banner at the top and an interpage advertisment thing every 5 page views. The thing is the payout is crap. Probably a lack of optimisation on my part. I've contacted clicksor for help in maximising earnings but they don't return emails. I don't expect to earn alot as my niche is probably poor(I don't really know), but I've only made $8 this month from 200,000 page views(got hacked so haven't updated much, thus slow traffic) I'm not expecting alot of money, atleast not at the moment, but $8 to me definately doesn't add up. I know i should be making more than that.
