The problem with off page is, that well working strategies rely on constant work. All depends on ur website.. and what are your objectives... a proper seo guys would charge you like $20/hr.. off page will depend on what you do for offpage. if its just buying links then you wont have much trouble.. say 10% of what you spend of clients money.. if you do other stuff like facebok & twitter campaigns, social bookmarking campaigns, link baiting n stuff then you wil have to charge much more.. again like i said. it all depends on the objectives of the client..
