If you buy the domain, make sure you are committed. You need some serious SEO with a STRONG emphasis on link building. That is a VERY competitive niche and I wish you the best of luck. It can be done, but you need to be prepared for the long haul...long and expensive haul....you would be better off buying something else in my opinion just due to do the amount of work you will need for it. I would just do something like go buy a site that has 30k U.V. a month and then try to monetize it more efficiently.....something like that.
for any competitive keyword, you will likely need either a tremendous amount of time for seo or a pretty decent sized budget. However, best to fish in a pond where there are fish....
Let's forget about the SEO for a moment. What do you intend to do with the domain? Will it be a review of hotels, will it be to promote a hotel online, or do you have another idea/purpose/objective in mind?
