Hello,I have submitted 10 articles on Forex, and getting ctr view of 25%-30% that is per day each article view is around 50 and cliks to landing page and hop is 15. So 10 articles and 15 hops per articles means getting average of 150 hops per day .so in a month if I calculate it would come to some 4500 hops ,so how much sales can i expect on average considering that the product and niche I choose is good enough to persuade buyer to buy. And is my calculation correct.
guptishika, The impression -> clicks -> hops -> sales ratios depends on several factors: 1. The quality of the content in your articles: Ask yourself a few questions about your article. 1. Have you intrigued yourself about the product in the article. 2. Is the benefits and advantages strong enough to make me open my wallet. 2. Landing page: What is the quality of the landing page? Does it sell me further and really push the wallet button? Have you further explained the product, and perhaps told me a real-life example or story about how the effect of such product or service will help me with my problem? Has the content of the page, placed me into a frame, of thinking about purchasing such product. 3. Sales page and niche in general: is the niche popular? Is the product something someone could use right away! Does the product produce results and does it look marketable from the sales page? Would you buy it? I am sure I could come up with more questions. But you have to think as a consumer's wants and needs, and if the product or service is attractive upon those factors mentioned above!!! These are the factors that come to impressions, click throughs, and ultimately conversions. the average conversion rate for the professional affiliate, is around 3-5%, but can often vary. Tom
We are currently converting at 1 sale per 21 hops. See proof below: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=947609 Some merchants will say things like 1 to 10 or 1 to 7, but be careful and ask them for proof as if you are relying on this for your adwords or yahoo campaign you'll need accurate data.
Ummm, just curious why all these publishers claim that there product convert 1 in 10, 1 in 2 or even 2 sales per hoop! lol ...then whenever you start promoting it you find out that the conversion is far from that, sometimes there is no conversion at all!.. ummmm lol
If you are new to article marketing, and copy writing, and have not yet honed your skills, I would expect maybe 1 in 250, that is if the product you chose has a decent gravity, which means it has a proven sales letter. After you get more articles out there, and get a feel for what works best for your niche and product, then you should be able to get that down to under 1 in a 100. The real low figures you see floating around are from highly targeted sources, which you will get to at some point, just not starting out though.
