How much RAM do you have?

Well i only have 56M!!!

(64 but 8 is shared with the monitor)

I would very much love getting more SDRAM!!

 

I have got 1 GB and thinking to upgrade soon....

 

256mb, and it sucks for designing.

 

seriously? my Gameboy from 1992 has more than that!

no doubt. other than notepad and paint it must be a BIT**!!

 

I Have currently 256 , Next month i will get 512 DDR
It will be 256+512 and 3.0 Ghz

 

I have got 1 GB DDR2 and I am happy ...... till now

 

Currently my laptop have 768 MB of ram. No empty slot for upgrade. Thinking of having at least 1 GB of ram when i am going for a new laptop within 6 months time. hee.. but if its longer than i think i may need at least 2 GB of ram. haha..

 

I have 1GB on my desktop and i run highend graphics software. Its quite fast. Its with AMD though.

are 4g any good for games/daily use applications? (a even with a bit of photoshop, 3dstudio max, etc).

Does win XP reconize 4g?

 

i have 256 ram presently i buyed 512 ram other day but dint installed it yet.

 

I'm on 756 or somethin on my desktop and 1gig on my laptop. I need to get more for my desktop this week tho cus I've just bought Scarface and it's runnin like shit

I think that the BIOS would be the determining factor not Windos & sure you could use it for those Apps!! I'd rather have too much than too little in the way of RAM!!
