how much ppc is the finance category paying?

    Hey, Im thinkin of puting ypn on my video site but puting finance related ads on it so even if it gets some clicks, it will have high ppc.

    Around how much ppc are you all get for targeted finance ads on ypn? Is it more than $.50/click on avg? since im geting about .05/click avg on adsense, so was hoping of geting ypn invite.

    You won't want to put irrelevant ads up. Select an ad category that fits you. Otherwise, you'll be risking getting banned or losing your ability to select an ad category (in other words, the ads you get will pay like 6 cents a click).

    If you decide to put up a finance-based site though, it should get more than 50 cents a click. I would assume it would be pretty high up there.

    so if i dont put ads targeted to my site, and put a category which doesnt relate, then i risk geting banned? thanks

    YPN is paying less than adsense now, for the VAST majority of categories. If your getting 5 cents on adsense, don't expect much more on YPN. Their new smart pricing copycat feature makes their program worse than adsense.
