    It changes, but they don't tell you the exact rate, except that up to 2.5% above the exchange rate, they keep.

    When you go to the Withdrawal module, click on the 'Currency Converter' link, you would be able to get how much you will get in Rupees.

    The exchange rates are updated about twice a day.

    It changes everyday. You will get around 42000 to 43000 INR for 1000$ as of now. Not sure about current exchange rate but its something near about above.

    Paypal normallly give 1 Re less than the current exchange rate.Its around 43 INR/$ now.
