pr 8, i think that not enough , since in pr 8 , show you still can improve. Try to make it to below pr 5 than it would be better. Domain name sell not only base on your pr, quality domain not only base on pr, base on previous image and reputation , base on keyword is use, old organic traffic and so on . You may get the answer you want in flippa chit chat or forum there , they got lot of domain buyer and seller will give you opinion.

PR7 right now i think is around $1800 - $3000 but not everyone want to purchase. They scare the PR will drop

Now a days, People dont care about PR.. It do have some impact but people only look for eg quality keyword domains..
for example if you will have a domain kilaqiha.com PR7, no one will buy it..

PR alone is zero indication of value...

I'd buy a PR 0 with UV any day over a PR 7 with no traffic!

Depends on who you are I guess. Its very common that people who own a bunch of directories and sell High pr links to are involved with a lot of fake PR activity so personally I wouldn't touch it (no offense but its true).

people have fear in buying PR7 and up domains because of the possibility for the domain's PR to decrease.

PR it's good, but better have good backlinks without PR and get more visitors

PR 7 domains with 0 traffic makes good money with link sales. PR7 homepage links are strong authority links that may boost up your rankings in SERP.

Yes the price should be below $3000. I myself have 5 PR7s but never thought of selling it except one ;)
I think I was not selling in the right market so I dropped the decision of selling it and now building backlinks and traffic for it.

Depends on amount of backlinks.. If it's 1 backlink with PR 7, I dont thinks it's enough for high price.

If you are talking about the fake PR site in your signature, it's not worth anything.
