How much of this is CSS

    Can someone Tell me how much of this website http://www.wineglobe.com
    is CSS? and how much is RTML?

    If someone is looking for a small side project and some one can Replicate this or come up with a simple design interface Please either post in here or PM me.

    the tables and header seem to be css. IF you look at the page source, there is a link that points to the css file.
    There is also java in the site though.

    If you are referring to the image switches, odds are its javascript since IIRC IE doesn't handle hover other than on links. Other aspects are CSS. PM me with a timeframe if you want something similar.
