    There are many 4 letter .net's available, unless someone wants a particular one you have it may be difficult to sell for a decent price.

    It depends who your selling it to. To an end user you can get 4k if you sell to the right person. To another domainer, maybe $60-100. It also depends on the letters in the domain.

    A Domain Name is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. I compiled a list of resources where you can look through Domain Names on sale and get a general idea of what they’re going for. In the event of auction sites, it’s best to only pay attention to sites with bids on them.

    The selling domain at high price you should first optimize them for getting traffic. Your current domain looks like no meaning so i think people will raise low price for bidding. The better option is to get good search engine ranking and then sell it.
