How much more money should I need to add in HDFC Netsafe Card?

    Hey,
    I want to upgrade my OS from Windows7 to Windows8.
    For that I have to pay Rs1999.
    So how much money should I need to add in HDFC Netsafe Card?
    Rs1999 or Rs1999+3.5% or Rs1999+anything else.

    Please help me, it's my 1st time to use netsafe card.

    I would say that to be on the safe side create a card for Rs. 2100, any unused money will be returned to your account in 35 days (if you used a debit card) or 7 days (if you used a credit card).

    I know that the rest money will be returned in 35 days.
    But I need to know, what the actual amount of Netsafe Card, I should create .
    May be there is some service taxes of 12.36% extra.
    Anyone used HDFC Netsafe to buy such products can give answer to my question.
