Hey adwords is tricky unless you know every tactics. You need to learn before you start adwords. My advice is to advertise in a niche that has less competition and promising sales and thats of course tough to find. Do some research.
Same as the thread starter I am planning to jump into PPC. I haven't yet started my campaign for my affiliate products. My doubt is, both of you who spent $160 and earned nothing is advertising your affiliate hop link directly or advertising your webpage where you have the affiliate link?
i am in a testing period.. spendin almost 180$/day but i ve found only 2profitable campaigns anyway i knew that i should spend money in order to test
You have to choose a good reputable ppc site. Some ppc can give you some sales, but the chances are small. Its better if you pay some banner space in a popular site
adwords is quite hard. you cant really just jump into it unless you have a bit of capital to waste for starters. if you get some keyword lists from anyone, chuck it out and don't use them. they are just going to cost you money. you need to check out some apps like keyword elite or market samurai out, along with the adwords keyword tool they can really help you develop a profitable campaign using unique keywords and long tail key phrases that cost significantly less than the broad matches. stay away from single keywords and try and nut out some long tails to save you some money what was your average cost per click for that $160?
