Hi, how much money would you pay to have a sole ad (media buying) on a website that gets 500k uniques per month (most organic)???

I am just trying to get an idea on how much should I ask for. Thanks.

Not enough information. Would need to know the demographics of the site to help determine the price point of the products and services being advertised.

I know, but can I get a raw approximate? visitors are more or less targeted in one niche, a third of them are US-based.

In my opinion beside traffic, buyer or somebody who interesting to your website they need information about profit margin of your product.

Why not just pay for the actual click thru's of your solo ad per click based on you writing your ad that would be a specific number that you can compare to.

I agree to be able to give a good answer I would need more information. In the Internet Marketing niche - depending on the seller of solos and if they are offering a discount, the average solo is 25-40 cents per click.

    I would need to know:

    1. How many clicks you can expect to generate
    2. How responsive your visitors are to offers,
    3. Which type of offer works best for them

To your advantage, you have got mainly US traffic which tends to convert the best with biz op offers.

The other thing is that this isn't really a solo ad, it's a banner ad.. am I correct with that assumption as you've said its media buying? Or are you actually mailing out an offer to your subscriber base which you've built form this website too?
