    Other factors that increase it's value are....

    1. Revenues
    2. PR
    3. Links
    4.Traffic

    you should search on different things such as : page rank , revenue , traffic , as you know traffic is effective on your website income .

    It all depends on your site visitor daily. If your site has a lot of unique visitor everyday i think It will have the great cost.
