    They were both only registered a couple months ago. I would say reg fee - very low $xx for these. Not really great keyphrases or searches for these at all and the .org extension also hurts these.

    This is something that's LARGELY variable.

    Me? I wouldn't give you 50 cents for it.

    Someone who thinks it will help their business, or to a perspective business owner who thinks there's tremendous value, and more importantly who would love that name to be their business?

    The sky's the limit.

    Put it up for auction and see for yourself?

    Or, email a domain broker and ask him if he'll try to sell it for 20%?

    These are just a few options.

    I hope this makes sense, or at least helps.

    The general market still typically controls the price though- without two competing buyers there is no reason for the price to be inflated despite a strong interest from one individual (unless in exceptional circumstances).
