I currently take advantage of money market in paypal. as well as the credit return % nice features to paypal. but as all 3rd party's. they have there up sides and down sides to things. TJ
The Money Market Fund from Paypal is only applicable to Paypal US account holders only. As I am not from the US, I would usually withdraw all my funds from my Paypal account. No point in keeping them there. All purchases are made through my credit card.
I recieve money from my freebie sites (around 7k a month) and have to pay around 4k of that so theres roughly around 3k every month,.
Of course not. Paypal is incredibly hacker safe. I'm sure you would be more successful in phishing, which I also do not wish to practice I merely want to see where I rank among others, and what other people use their money for.
Well I have less than $200 at the moments and I always buy something from PayPal. Next target in own car. I have to wait 3 to 4 more months do so. I collect half money so far. Have to work hard for next 3 to 4 months.
I try to keep the amount of money in my paypal as low as possible ... heard to many bad stories about paypal
$62.57 exactly: from scripting/design work.....its a part time job, so not a regular income. will leave the money there a bit, until i get a bit more in.
i had money in my account and it got limited. once i cleared up the problem with paypal i dont keep anything in there if i can help it. its to risky and even if youve been using them for years once they limit you your screwed and could loose access to alot of money until its sorted out.
I've got good old $0 because I am from Estonia and well, we cannot have funds on our accounts due to the "complexities of global finance" well, at least MoneyBookers doesn't live on the same globe, so they don't have to worry about the horrible "complexities of global finance" that don't let PayPal enable Estonians to accept payments.
my account only keep for about few hundreds since pp is very risk . It may litmit your account at any time.
We do about $11,000 a month with paypal, but at the maximum have about $500 in the account, I think the whole point is to withdraw it into your bank accounts so you can move it around, plus if for some reason you need to use paypal to purchase something, like on eBay for example, loading money is so quick there is no need to keep it in. That's interesting regarding the percentages on their money market, offshore banks will pay the highest interest each month if you have funds you can invest and leave in for a long period.
