    Are u talking about adsense banner or image ads.
    Usually, image ads in adsense works on CPM base. Per thousands impressions.

    In adsense, earnings depends upon ur niche, traffic, placement, ad format and some other factors.

    I reffer how much a firm should pay to post a banner on my site.
    (with her domain activity, contact details).
    How much I can charge a firm for this service?
    A banner with this dimensions: 150 X 200
    thank you.

    Well, It depends upon your website unique visitors,Page rank, index pages and back links from major search engines.

    If you have 100+ daily visitors , Page rank = 5 , index pages in google =50+ and back links in google = 20+

    Then you can earn 100+ by placing ads ( both text links and image banners).
    Also if you have blog website , You can sell blog posts here in DP BST section. You can also place adsense on your website which will also be useful for earning.

    I'm no expert here. Just my opinion.

    I visited your site and at the time of writing has an alexa ranking of over 3,500,000.

    I think it would be very hard to charge a lot until visits to your site go up. But you maybe able to persuade someone by charging for a whole month. $15-$20

    Or you could start with adsense if you like.
