I'd prefer enrolling my blogs on paid blogging network. In fact, some of my clients are enrolled and we supplied blog articles. One post can cost up to $30 while my blog which is PR2 gets $8 per post.
Mine makes an okay amount. More than it did when I first started, but still not enough to get by. Visit my blog, check it out, and help support it.

No its not obvious you should quit. 1$ a month is a start. If like blogging, just keep it up... you'll get there one day. I started with less than 1$ a month. Now I'm getting checks every month. Amazing what a hobby can do for you.
i make about 120 - 130 a day with my blog . it would be more if i actually contacked some companys back that are looking for private sales . my suggestion since you like to blog , just keep doing it . do what you love like and the money will come
