Due to clickbanks update thousands of affiliates including myself have lost money. There has been issues with clickbank for the past 4 days. I havent even made a sale when I would of has over 10. I lost around 400 dollars. On average how much money do you think you lost during this update?
Publisher here: 9 accounts: last 4 days: xxx sales - no odd fluctuation - no aff complaints. **I understand you are concerned but repeatedly posting these threads is not going to solve the issue if there is one... Give ClickBank a call/email, we know they are just going to tell you 'nothing is wrong - we had an update', so a third thread about it is not needed imo... If it's not affecting everyone, you shouldn't position it so. Some people are having record days, some are switching products, networks, whatever - no matter how much you point out your issue there is unfortunately no going back mate - take action, make a move if you must... these are now just turning into rant and cb hate threads... Lastly: Quoting many before me - "Don't put all your eggs in one CB basket". NC.
Yes very true, but it is hard to do work when my product isnt converting at all. I am getting all the hop clicks just 0 sales. All the traffic i make is short term so I cant do any work until my publisher is up and running. see my point?
What baskets are there? I'm in 1 basket I guess, where can I find another basket? Please leave some ideas for some more baskets NC
Why are you blaming clickbank then, there is nothing wrong with them, it sounds like the problem is with your product converting?
Well i read some threads about clickbank being down. Then I looked at my stats and saw I had over 300 hop clicks with no sales. My product ussually converts like 1:40. So idn whats really going on. Im probably just got unlucky
Well, years ago I lost around 800$ on adwords before I started making any money. Now I rely only on organic traffic for making sales. Quite silly, I agree. Probably, i have to get back in a game with PPCs.
i'm where you where at years ago... i've recently started some article marketing but that of course goes slow at first.. have had a sale or two but nothing compared to what PPC can generate. though I too haven't made 1 sale via PPC since last wed. but I don't want to stop PPC and try to hold on as long as I can an see if I start converting again.. maybe I'll just have to promote another network... don't want to give up on PPC as it's taken me so long to learn and get pretty decent at it
Please do not take me wrong. I do not advocate against PPC. The reason why I am not using PPC is that I get enough organic traffic to earn with adsense and occasional cb sales. I am reading all I can find on how to sell with PPCs. It seems simple, but I shiver remembering spending hundreds making pennies
PPC is not to be ignored. while seo traffic is "free", ppc traffic is highly targeted which will result in lot of sales if done right. the only problem is that thers a learning curve at first, but what dosent have one - if its easy anyone would do it and it wouldnt be worthed after all. when you get some experince with ppc you will easily get a roi of 200% which is a pretty conservative rate....then you just have to scale up by spending 1000s/day, as long as you get a 200%+ roi the more you spend the more you earn... cheers
