This is not enough information to see the value in a site.

Just because it has a PR5 means nothing as it is all about the amount visitors to the site and with Alexa being not a very good indicator it is very hard to say,gut feeling tells me not alot but i could be wrong.I think you could earn revenue from possibly selling links from a high PR !!!

This is not enough information. It really depends on the traffic volume of the site, and the actual keywords targeted on the site. Use the google keywords tool and check the cpc for some of the keywords targeted on the site to get an idea of how much ads will pay. Estimate conservatively about 25% of cpc and maybe about 3% ctr.

I cannot understand your query. And what kind of blog it is. Freeware??

You are hosting some software or jsut giving out links of software hosted on other websites?

It is certainly not possible to get adsense as they do not allow giving ads to such websites.

It depends how targetted the visitors are when they arrive.

If the blog is filling a need then it will make money, if you have 100 words of content and mostly ads, it will turn off people.
