How much money can a PR5 blog sell for?

Hi, I am curious, as I have had a PR5 blog that has decent traffic. I mainly want to ask for a text link on a popular blog under 100k alexa. Do you think it can make me $20/month a link? $30?

Ultimately you will get as much as someone is willing to pay. But you should be able to get $20-$30 a month. The less outbound links the better. The more organic search engine traffic the better. And if you have top 1-10 serps for any of your main keywords then you should be able to get more money.
These days when i buy links, i pay more attention to sites that have top 10 serps for any of their main keywords then i do for their pr, regardless of how high the pr may be. What good is pr if they can't rank high in serps - that's my way of thinking.

I have advertised a private ad on a PR5 blog for $50 dollars a month but it is highly targeted high end niche traffic so I can charge a premium as long as I am getting my customer enough traffic.

PR page link price has come down significantly. you can browse through the buy/sell/trade section to see how much other sellers are asking. i have seen PR5 links being sold for $100 a year or $10 /month. however, if you have a legit quality site with traffic, you should mention that on your sales copy so that buyers will know. most of the link sellers are selling PR links on dropped domains these days for which it is hard to find decent links. if your site is original, you should mention that your domain is not dropped and gets steady traffic. this will make more buyers interested in your links and some will want to pay more for a better link

you set your own price and see how buyers respond. you can go up or down based on demand

i guess you can check your website worth on websitelog.net as they give you an estimate with Pagerank as well.

It depends on many factors like niche, age of domain, indexed pages, traffic, number of outbound links, placement, etc.
A PR5 link could cost you anything from 5-10-20-50-100 bucks / month. Even more in some cases. $20 shouldn't be a problem.

I have a PR blog related to movies, books, tv, and stuff, and it is PR 3.

How much is a link worth? I'm new and I'm curious.
