Is there any limits of getting links to a new domain? It's safe to get 3,4,5 links/day from different domains? What's the safe limit? It will aply different for older site/domain?
There are no limit to create back links as long as you do it ethically and manually. Do not use any automated link building scripts or application.
You can get about 30 back links per day, don't play with google. Google don't like when new domains get over 30-50 backlinks in one day
Best advice I ever heard --- to get a new site into the Google Sandbox. Always match increase in new site content with increase in back links to make it look naturally ;-) SY
As long as the link looks natural and following Google webmaster guidelines, there are less likely to get sandbox. Proof: Directly from Matt Cutts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnquaBa6DSk
I had a new blog that got over 52k backlinks form tumblr.com users in 10 days... I didn't get sandboxed or anything.
The advice was 'build as many as you can' and that amount of links rarely looks natural to Google, SY
You were extremely lucky, but it is understandable as all links came from the same main domain tumblr.com, Google discounts links from the same source after a while. Try that with 52k links from different sources and tell us what happens, SY
I wouldn't add a thousand backlinks to a new site in a single day, or even 500. Heck, I wouldn't do that even with an "aged" domain. But for most people that's not likely to happen anyway. From my own experience and that of others, I would feel quite comfortable adding up to a few dozen in a day.
I asked very simple: Is it safe to get UP to 5 different domains links in one day for a fresh domain? It will be around 500 links in 100-110 days. Please answer on topic.
You need to do your research first (nature of the site, keywords, search numbers, competition...etc), and only then you can have an idea of how many links you may need. Always remember that you just have to beat your competition! There is no point in getting 1,000 links if just 50 links will do the job.
Up to 5 links / day should be fine. It is even rather conservative. I would say 200 links / months, 80% of them pointing to your home page plus 20% pointing to internal pages would be the upper limit in my experience. Oh, and to make it looking more natural, throw in the odd nofollow and 'clcik here' link ;-) Don't over-optimize your anchor text neither. Hope that was enough on topic, SY
Don't forget that Google is a master manipulator, they will always tell you what they want you to do ;-) SY
Well, it depends on competition as well, if your competitors are very heavy then you also have to take lots of links per day. Normally, we can build links in hundreds but not in thousands if we use to take thousands links per day then it would be considered spam, so research about it first then do the needful. Yes, I have mentioned that it is also based on competition but try consulting any good SEO about it then it would be good for you.
