Well, let me add something here stick your nose towards the Social media, Social Bookmarking and yes blog posting that too in your own blog not the others, find some time to do forums, yahoo answers. Don't go forwards for directory submission, guest blog etc because it is just an outdated technique and isn't going to yield any results. Try gaining some backlinks using the signature panel from the forums and yahoo....... And yes I almost forget to mention stick to your niche only.
