Keyword density is old hat. Just write naturally. Google is quite clever at figuring out what your site is about. If you focus on keyword density, you're likely to raise a spam flag and turn visitors off.

Usages of keywords in any content should be 3-4% of total content.

Your right vinfotech. 3-4% of total content is the limit for usage of keywords.

So be carefu in creating your content and make sure it will be a quality one.

    3% is usual...
But you can go for 5% at max or else you'll be keyword stuffing :)

    Then better stay at 3-4%
rather than at that percentage where you could be keyword stuffing

3-5% of the content. We can also maintain the keyword density in the Title, and Meta tags.

The keyword density should be in the range of 2-5%. Also, please ensure that your keywords appear naturally through out your content.
