    My website is not a directory or forum, just a web hosting provider.

    How much it worth ?

    depends on several factors, such as quality of the site, backlinks you have, seomoz score and outgoing links currently on the page.

    I would base the price more on the amount of traffic your receive rather than what the page rank of the website is... but that's just me.

    Not more than $170 - they are many good PR5 sites in that are offering this service. So you can bargain.
