    Hi,

You will find other sites which are selling cheaper domains. better invest in .com than .info because .info is not an e-commerce TLD. Thanks.

I suppose that it will be reasonable to contact their support team directly and get all the things cleared.

Why do you consider mainly that company?

Use a .com only unless the .com is taken and you must have the name you picked out.

I've been using name.com for years and am very happy with them and their prices.

Their website is much faster to do anything, and you are not constantly bombarded with nags for upsells.
Also if you are considering godaddy, do a google search: godaddy mike filsaime and you will come up with a reason not to use them for anything.

.com domains are $8.49 You may need a coupon you can get at retailmenot.com/view/name.com

They have free whois if you want it (coupon required also).

You should definitely go for the .com as it will increase value of the domain and increase traffic

Why would anyone choose .info if .com is available? You could always get both if you're worried about squatters, I guess.

As for asking if GoDaddy will raise their prices in a year, who knows? Probably. It wasn't that long ago that .coms were $6.99; now they're $11.99.

Usually if you find a coupon the price will be 8 - 9$. This price has been in the last 5 years ... so don't think they will go up with it.
