tested a lot of other sites of mine, the major factors are the backlink! probably alexa rank also is a major factor in the ammount it predicts!

According to the tool, my biggest site (not all that good, PhotoshopStar) is worth ... $22,464, well that's more than I could hope for!

 

They estimated my blog is worth $4,565.

 

When you try to sell the site , buyer prefers to pay 10-12 X Current Revenue and dont pay according to those value predicting sites

 

I know, hehe.

After reading that thing I just quickly started to install Text Link Ads. An extra $200 per month in revenue will do a damn lot for me
