Does this website here give a good estimation of the value of websites? According to it, it estimates Google worth $2.41 billion and Youtube worth $803 million. My site is only worth $146. LOL!!! But then again it's new and not even indexed yet. How do you know your selling your site at a good price? Do you only look at traffic and pagerank? I think the price is not accurate. It should depend on the buyer and seller. You could negotiate the price.
Yes I agree, these sites are a not a good tool to find the value for a website. Ultimately it depends on revenue, profits, unique visitors and the potential of future profits. This site does not take into consideration the profits and it hazards a wild guess at traffic. I think you guys are better off multiplying monthly profits by 10-15. That is a more accurate method. Only a very basic one though.
This tool is pretty inaccurate. DNScoop is more accurate, but alas... all such estimations should be taken with caution.
I don't care how much other's websites worth.. the only thing I care is my sites... Sold in the past 6 months 4 blogs for a total of $16,875 for a year of work..
The seller and also the buyer depends on it.. Well if the buyer would be paying it with the amount higher than you expect then stick to it...
These calculators are as dependable as you depend on a valuator's calculation of the worth of a house. Anyone willing to buy is definitely going to scratch through so many other parameters, actual traffic and revenue stats, before arriving at a price figure. btw, my site is valued at $7300+ any takers? lol

This site calculates wrong. It tells me that my site has $5.48 Daily Ads Revenue. But there are no ads on my site
