Rent, NYC, 1950 3 room apartment, i share with 2 of my cousin so it is like 700 a piece

but the price of my house has jumped from $260000 to $370000 in less than six months.

my rent is about 400 dollars a month for my apartment

 

Here in Missouri my rent for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, dining room, living room, kitchen with an island, newly built house with a yard, 2 car garage and nice wooden deck is $700/month. Not including utilities.

When I was in Boston, w/o roomies, my rent on a 1 bedroom, 1 front room, tiny kitchen, 1 bath, small ass apartment with no yard, no laundry, no garage was $1100/month. Not including utilities.

 

you are getting a great deal mate... I am paying $1600 a month for a 4 bedroom apartment in Kentucky and all utilities/amenities included. I also have three roommates though, so I'm down to $400 on a personal level.
