Im curious, there are many different cultures here one DP, many from places where if they earn $100 a month they are happy. My qustions are as follows: 1. How much is your rent or mortgage ( or your parents if you do not live on your own) 2. Where do you live? Not trying to be nosey, just curious Ill start it off I live in Naples , Fl. USA My mortgage is $453 a month for a 3 bedroom house (it is a habbitat home which has a reduced monthly payment)
$453 a month for a 3 bedroom house = peanuts! You can't rent that in my city (3 bedroom for $450, well can, but 1 in 50 cases) $100 a month and happines are not forever, with time that will change, don't forget they maybe 15 years old in most cases. My rent was 3 years ago $170. Now such will be $300. 1 bedroom. But for now living with parents and saving to buy new flat, it will be $36k and it's very cheap. I took somewhat of leasing, or loan, not sure how it is (you will pay no less then 30% at first and in up to 3 years the rest)
I live with my parents so don't pay rent or anything, they have a mortgage, not sure how big it is but i'd guess its around £15000. I live in Grimsby, England
I own the home I live in, its valued at around £120,000 (3 bedroom, upstairs / downstairs, front and back garden) I own a 1 bedroom house, value around £55,000, I rent this one out at £425 a month as its very good location for Edinburgh. I am buying another 1 bedroom house (value around same as other 55 - 65k, the mortgage for this is £325 a month, I am renting it out at £375 a month.
Charleston, South Caronlina - 5 Bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2300 sq/ft (i think), huge freaking yard (i hate mowing now...)....$1795/month
I have already moved in to my new house. But a couple of months ago I was renting an apartment which cost around $310 a month. I am from the Philippines.
£200 a month of my uncle i have a lil flat above where i work! that is including all my bills and food aswell onlything is hes a d***head and doesnt know what privacy is
apartment 4 bedroom 108 square meter for 750 euro's a month (x 1.4 to know the dollar price ) and I live in Holland. (ow and the house is bought not rented)
Mine is pretty expensive... cost a massive ZERO bucks I live with my parents; a four bedroom villa here costs 140k dirhams (divide by 3.68 for USD)
