    My guess is that the forumula is based mostly on activity on Technorati. But I think that Technorati is just one source for valuation, but clearly not a good way of judging the value of blogs. My own favorite right now is quantcast.com. There is enough information there to begin to understand the popularity and demographics of sites to begin some sort of estimation.

    Same here, $1,129.08. Seems that it's just some random number times the number of incoming links your blog has on technorati. Which is just dumb, as technorati wouldn't register incoming links even if they were thrown in its face :p

    Ah yes, the famous Technorati blog valuer. Take it with a pinch of salt - you can make a PR0 blog that is only a week old have a value of $1000 if you put the right links on it!
