how much is worth 200k visitors website

    hi

    i have a website with 200k visitors and 600k pages views a month.
    i have received a proposition to buy my website (no bids yet).
    all visits are organic:search engines and websites.
    the person who want to buy my site don't care about site revenues only about traffic.

    how much do you think i should sell my site and or how should i evaluate how much it is worth.

    Depends on the niche and how targeted the users are but since most are coming from search engine I'd say:
    The average amount of unique visitors per day x 1,6 = value of your website.
    Example: average 5.000 unique visitors per day = 8.000 $

    i m having more or less 6000 visitors a day

    $6000 sounds like a good deal to me. I'm fairly new to this game but I would certainly take him up on his offer. Unless the site is making good revenue already and you're quite happy to keep it, that is.
