    I bought this 2 months ago planning to do something like TorrentFreak, but with the warez community. Nothing illegal, seriously.

    Your domain is pretty much the same as DailyWarez.com. The guy bought it for $40 I believe, and couldn't resell it for more then that. He had to take a hit as far as I know.

    $1x - $2x IMO without development

    I'm not sure what to do with it. I don't have time to spend writing articles for a site that's not going to make me any money, and I can't think of any way to monetize it. I'm thinking of just finding warez keyword and throwing up a few pages mentioning the keyboard and leaving it for a while.
