    Is there any traffic currently? Where is that traffic coming from?

    I think the value on this domian would increase signifficantly with if you put up some quick content relevant to the domain. Just a couple of hours of work. Super simple SEO content in the form of articles (put affiliate lonks to SEO products), How-Tos, links to SEO tool, RSS SEO content, drop google ads on to it, drive a little traffic to it, PR would increase and the domain would be a lot more attractive.

    There a ton od SEO domains out there and if I wanted to start a new site, I come up some of the available ones instead of buying this unless there was traffic and ranking associated to it.

    Nice name. A site like that I would hold on to until I find a buyer that really needs a name like that. An end-buyer would spent $300-$400 for it.
